Pricing varies for sign size and style from $30-40 per standard sign. There are projects that could cost more. Host gets their board ½ off. If you are doing multiple signs you get $10 of the 2nd second sign.
How long is the party?
The party is set for an alloted time of 1.5-2 hours max.
Can we pick any design?
People can pick from any design Wooden Wonders has created, and can be customized with guests names. Any other customizations are $5 extra charge.
Why are the boards stained before the party?
We do this option to help with time during the party. Plus this is the messiest part.
Registration for Project
Project selection and customization information for your project is required at the time of booking with our online registration form. This form is provided by Wooden Wonders. Please be sure at the time of registration that you check your spelling of names, titles or any other information to ensure your project stencil and materials are correct for the day of the event
Public Party Cancellation Policy (only at Germantown Location)
Registration cancellations made at least 96 hours in advance of an event will be granted a class credit for a future workshop.
Registration cancellations made within 72 hours will have to pay for their project. If attendee can not make the event they can pick up the project and do it at home.
If there is low attendance at a Public Party, we reserve the right to cancel workshops/home party if attendance is below 4 attendees
In Home Party Cancellation Policy
If host cancels her party within 4 days of scheduled party she does have to pay half for the party supplies Wooden Wonders has started.
If a single participant cancels within 72 hours of the party they do have to pay the cost of the sticker. They do have the choice to make it into a kit and be able to take home the whole project to do themselves for additional cost.
Private Party Cancellation Policy- at Germantown Location
A deposit is due when booking your private party. Once the minimum number of participants is met, we will put your deposit towards the project of the Host. If you are unable to meet the minimum, the deposit will be forfeited. If you choose to cancel your private party the deposit will not be refunded due to the nature of Wooden Wonders Studio.
For private parties, we require all attendees to register and provide complete customization information for their project at least 7 days in advance so we can prepare the materials for your party.
Project Change Request
If you would like to make changes to your project within 4 days of your party, we would be happy to accommodate the request.
$10 stencil recut fee
Any changes made prior to 5 days are done free of charge.
You, as the participant, fully understand at the completion of your project Wooden Wonders will try and help you fix mistakes that are made on your sign, but you take full responsibility of the outcome of your product. Due to woods nature and beauty, it can pull up during the peeling process. If painting is not done right as instructed by the staff, bleeding can occur. The staff of Wooden Wonders will help guide you in the painting process to minimize leaks that can occur.
I understand that I will use and/or be exposed to drills, hammers, screws, wire, sand paper, paint and oil based stains during parties at either home or Wooden Wonders facility. I agree to be responsible for any damages to Wooden Wonders tools, facility or my home. I recognize there are certain risks in participating in Home Parties/ Public Parties. I agree to take precautions and observe all Wooden Wonders policies, recommendations, directions, rules and warnings; whether provided orally or in writing. I assume full responsibility for personal injury to myself.
I HAVE READ THE WOODEN WONDERS POLICIES AND THIS SAFETY WAIVER AND UNDERSTAND THEM. I FURTHER UNDERSTAND THAT BY CHECKING THE “ACCEPT POLICIES” BOX, I VOLUNTARILY SURRENDER CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS THAT I MIGHT OTHERWISE HAVE.
